One of the best tools I've found for self-awareness is to keep a journal or notebook.
Throughout this course, I'll provide worksheets and resource lists, but a journal or notebook might also be helpful as you take additional notes and reflect on discussion questions and prompts.
There will be moments of quiet mindfulness throughout the course, so you might also appreciate using headphones to block external noise and focus on the nature in front of you.
